Dakota Sunrise Kennels began in 2004 with a
desire to produce high quality dogs. For many
years Ed Krueger, founder of DSK, trained dogs
and a passion grew. When son Eddie became
involved in raising and training retrievers, a
similar passion was formed. This passion for
excellence and a love for dogs became Dakota
Sunrise Kennels. In it's young life thus far DSK
has slowly been building a reputation among the
Brookings/Sioux Falls community. When
Dakota Sunrise was founded three main
principles were formulated. These principles
